ITE100

A non-solvent based ink vehicle dispersion that will help reduce or eliminate offsetting and picking problems commonly associated with inconsistent ink tackiness and/or paper quality. Use ITE100 to increase ink mileage, plus aid ink setting during the initial drying stage.

User Information Always wear protective gloves, safety glasses and protective clothing when working with chemistry.  Use only for industrial applications and only according to directions. Read SDS sheet before using product. Directions Add ITE100 directly to ink on any sheet-fed, web press or letterpress ink as indicated below.  This product is a ready-to-use fine dispersion and needs no milling. Direct Modification of Bulk Ink: Add 1-4% ITE100 per pound of ink (level teaspoon is 1%/lb). Mix ink and ITE100 until ink is a smooth and soft mixture.  ITE100 To Reduce Picking Or Get An Ink Up To Color On Press: Add 1-4% ITE100 per pound of ink (level teaspoon is 1%/lb) directly to ink fountain. NOTE: There may be a delay of up to 50 sheets before the modified fountain ink transfers to paper. Immediate Inking Body/Viscosity Response: Place a small amount of ITE100 across top ink oscillator roller and allow press to run in for 15 seconds before dropping ink rollers.
